When you arrive at our Richmond Hill office, you will see our logo and name above the front entrance of a one-story modern brick building. Parking and the entrance are in the back, off Lorne Street.
As you walk in, you will notice right away that this is not a typical healthcare office. Our warm, inviting atmosphere should set the tone for your first appointment and your entire treatment. You will see your name on our Welcome Board and be shown how to check in on one of the 28 computers in our paperless office.
You can take advantage right away of our current magazines, Internet access laptops, video arcade, coffee bar, and frozen yogurt station. But arrive early, because we run right on time. Your Treatment Coordinator will give you a tour of the office, showing off our open-concept clinical area, our robotic wire-bending facility, our sterilization department, and our private consultation rooms.
It is a special office and we love working here. We are a family that promises to treat you as family.
